When?

As directors of the festival we are running our performances on 30th and 31st July so these festival dates are effectively not available. We propose available dates would therefore be 24th through to 29th July.

Our commitment to you:

• To give you an opportunity to be associated with Bedford’s largest performing arts festival, exposing yourself to a whole new audience base.

• Entry into the Bedfringe festival brochure which has a distribution of 10,000 + Your Bedfringe event(s) published on the festival website (over 7,500 hits per year). DEADLINE 29th MARCH

• Your Bedfringe event(s) listed in the Bedfringe programme published in the Bedford Corn Exchange summer brochure. This document has a distribution of 12,000. DEADLINE 4th FEB
  
• Editorial coverage in the Beds On Sunday and interview opportunities at BBC 3 Counties Radio.

• Free entry (if seats available) into all Bedfringe events.

Your commitment to us:

• To host an event (or events!) of a 'professional' standard which could include theatre, comedy, dance, music, an exhibition, film, poetry or street theatre.
• You will organise and manage your own venue/event location including staffing, insurance, box office sales, bookings & artist contracts. Note: Bedfringe does not take a cut from your box office takings. Bedfringe will require you to sell an allocation of 50%+ of your event tickets through the Bedford Central Box Office.
• You will need to supply Bedfringe with high resolution image(s) and detailed copy for your event(s) ready to be published into the festival brochure and website before the stated deadline.
